By "inferior" I mean paperback, with the standard nasty paperback-type binding which won't open flat (at least not gracefully), and the pages scaled down in dimension, from 11.5"x9" down to 8.25"x6.5" - about half the|About the Author|Andrew Kemp has worked as a writer on Road Bike magazine, edited motorcycle histories for the Osprey Collector Series, and has been a contributing author for classic bike magazines.
