Well written but very poorly produced.|By TomEnroute|I have enjoyed other books by this author and was greatly disappointed when this one arrived. The photos are very small. Many images of promotional pieces have been badly chopped up. The copy is well written. The fault lies not with the author but the very poor quality of the publishing.
